What should I report?
You can report suspicions or knowledge of violations to the Reporting Office. These may be issues relating to our Code of Conduct, human rights, food safety, the environment or breaches of the law.
These include:
- Property offences, e.g. theft, fraud, embezzlement, disloyal management
- Corruption and active or passive bribery
- Conflicts of interest
- Bullying, discrimination, sexual harassment
- Infringement of competition law
- Breaches or defects in product safety
- Violation of data protection and IT guidelines
- Violation of due diligence obligations along the supply chain (particularly in the areas of child labour, the procurement of minerals and metals from high-risk areas, human rights in general, corruption, breaches of environmental protection laws or environmental regulations)
What do I report to HR or my line manager?
For issues that affect you personally or your work situation, please contact HR or your line manager.
These include:
- Conflicts or differences of opinion in the workplace
- Your employment conditions (e.g. salary, working hours, social benefits, disciplinary measures)
